Duration and place
Typically four to eight weeks from readiness of draft statements, depending on group complexity and availability of supporting schedules.
On-site in Taipei and across Taiwan, with remote working-paper review as needed.
Preparation
Draft trial balance, bank confirmations in progress, fixed-asset register, debt agreements, and board minutes for the period.
Constraints
We do not accept engagements where independence is impaired or where books remain incomplete after agreed cut-off dates.
