Refunds, deposits, and rescheduling

This policy applies to professional engagements with Digitalanalyticspro for statutory audits, internal control reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and audit readiness support. Website content is informational; fees are agreed in writing before work begins. There is no online checkout.

Eligibility

Refunds relate only to fees paid under a signed engagement letter. Free informational inquiries are not charged and therefore not refundable.

Planning deposits

A planning deposit reserved to hold a fieldwork window is refundable in full if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the agreed fieldwork start date and no substantial planning work has been delivered.

Partial refunds

If you cancel fewer than fourteen days before fieldwork, or after planning schedules and confirmation letters have been prepared, we may retain a portion of the deposit reflecting time already incurred, documented in an invoice summary. Remaining unused deposit amounts are returned.

Work already started

Once fieldwork or substantive readiness work has begun, fees for hours and days delivered are non-refundable. Unused prepaid blocks may be credited toward a rescheduled window within three months if capacity allows.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party courier and bank confirmation charges already paid
• Travel booked with your written approval
• Completed agreed-upon procedures reports once issued

Rescheduling and no-shows

One reschedule of fieldwork with at least seven days’ notice is usually accepted without penalty, subject to team availability. If client staff or premises are unavailable on the agreed date without notice (no-show), a day-rate equivalent may be charged for mobilised team members.

Refund process and timing

Email info@digitalanalyticspro.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method or bank account used.

Exceptions

If we withdraw due to independence impairment discovered after acceptance, prepaid fees for work not performed are refunded in full. If incomplete books prevent progress after repeated agreed deadlines, fees for diagnostic time remain payable; unused prepaid fieldwork may be refunded.
