Fees tied to scope, not subscription tiers
Audit fees depend on entity size, locations, inventory complexity, and how ready the draft statements are. The figures below are starting points for planning conversations.
| Engagement | Starting point | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory financial statement audit | From NT$85,000 | Multiple warehouses, consolidations, first-year audits, related-party volume |
| Internal control review | From NT$45,000 | Number of cycles tested (cash, purchases, inventory, closing) |
| Agreed-upon procedures | NT$28,000–60,000 | Procedure count and travel to third-party sites |
| Audit readiness support | From NT$12,000 / day | Depth of schedule rebuild required before auditor arrival |
Estimate factors we always ask about
- Year-end date and board meeting for report approval
- Number of legal entities and foreign-currency books
- Whether inventory is material and needs observation
- Prior auditor’s management letter points still open
- Travel outside Taipei during fieldwork
Deposits and billing
A planning deposit is typically invoiced when the engagement letter is signed. Remaining fees are billed at draft report stage and on final sign-off. Travel and courier costs for bank confirmations are billed at cost when they apply.
